Covenant Core Apostolic Center™, its institutional architecture, ministry divisions, academies, programs, frameworks, curricula, certifications, publications, events, media properties, workforce systems, leadership methodologies, digital experiences, and original content are owned by their respective rights holder(s). Access, enrollment, participation, partnership, donation, or purchase does not transfer ownership or create an implied license.
Protected Materials
Protected materials include sermons and teachings; courseware, manuals, assessments and credentialing systems; workforce curricula, employer solutions and participant resources; books, reports and research; ministry and program names; event formats; recordings, photographs and videos; graphics, seals and logos; databases, websites, software concepts, prompts, workflows, AI-agent designs, operational systems, and proprietary methods.
Restrictions
Protected material may not be copied, scraped, recorded, republished, modified, distributed, sold, publicly performed, rebroadcast, reverse engineered, used to train an AI system, or incorporated into ministries, schools, certifications, consulting, events, media, software, merchandise, workforce programs, or commercial offerings without written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits.
Licensing Statement
Personal access does not authorize institutional, educational, ministry, workforce, certification, commercial, publishing, broadcast, franchise, software, or AI-related use. Authorized use requires a written agreement defining the material, purpose, audience, territory, term, fees, attribution, doctrinal and academic standards, quality controls, data obligations, safeguarding requirements, and termination rights.
Trademark Notice
Covenant Core Apostolic Center™ and names or marks displayed with ™ are claimed as trademarks or service marks whether or not registration has been completed. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. No use may imply endorsement, partnership, accreditation, certification, ordination, sponsorship, or authorization without written consent.

We may collect information voluntarily provided by leaders, students, applicants, participants, donors, members, parents, guardians, employees, contractors, churches, employers, schools, licensees, or partners, together with transaction, communication, credential, program, device, security, and website-use information needed to operate the institution. We use it to provide services, assess applications, administer programs and credentials, communicate, process payments or donations, document outcomes, maintain safety and security, improve operations, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
2. Terms of Use
Users must provide lawful and accurate information, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, avoid interference or misuse, and use institutional resources responsibly. Content provides Christian ministry, leadership, education, workforce, and general information; it does not guarantee admission, certification, employment, placement, funding, spiritual outcomes, or professional results and does not replace emergency, medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.
3. Cookie Consent

Nonessential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should be activated only after consent where required. 5. Licensing Agreements
A donation, registration, enrollment, tuition payment, partnership, membership, or purchase grants only the access expressly stated. Churches, schools, ministries, employers, venues, producers, publishers, platforms, consultants, developers, trainers, and AI-system operators must obtain a written agreement before using protected property. Licensees may not alter doctrine, academic or credential standards, attribution, data safeguards, or brand identity without approval.
6. User Data Protection
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers with a legitimate operational need. No internet system is completely secure. Subject to applicable law and identity verification, users may request access, correction, or deletion. Information may be retained for applications, credentials, education records, workforce outcomes, payments, donations, safeguarding, security, disputes, partnerships, or legal compliance.
7. AI Usage Disclosure
AI tools or agents may assist with support, communications, content organization, research, drafting, scheduling, application triage, workflow automation, program administration, learner support, moderation, reporting, production planning, or quality review. AI output may contain errors and remains subject to human oversight. AI does not replace Scripture, pastoral or executive judgment, qualified instruction, credential review, safeguarding, employment decisions, or professional care. Institutional content and user submissions may not be extracted or used to train third-party AI systems without authorization or a lawful basis.
Applicants, Learners, Credentials & Workforce Data
Application and learner information should be submitted by the individual or an authorized adult. Decisions involving admission, completion, certification, placement, or employment should include appropriate human review. Workforce and employer data should be limited to legitimate program and partnership purposes. Covenant Core does not promise employment, earnings, licensing, accreditation, or governmental recognition unless expressly documented in writing.
